Cliffe Woods are now 4th in Div One following this 7-3 victory against hosts Rainham 3. Peter Mortley didnt drop a leg on his way to his 4th Player of the Match Award of the season. Woods' Captain Mike Kemlo had to work harder for his treble going the distance with Peter Baker who was substituting for an unwell Jim Davie. Andy Larner completed the line up for the away side and only tasted success in the Doubles having lost a 5 legger to Baker and also going down to Tim Davie and Jazz Plaha.
