The very experienced trio for Luton of Keith and Mary Ball alongside Mick Forrester got a good result to start their season off.  Keith got a treble despite losing the first 2 sets of the evening, and Mary and Mick both got doubles.  Only James Townsend for the losers got any points beating Mary and Mick but Mike Carlyle and John Clark could make no headway in this comfortable game for Luton who also took the doubles.
