James Townsend proved to be the difference between these two Chatham sides as he got a maximum at the expense of Joe Weatherhead, Robert Coe and Daniel Gubala.  Robert did take the first set from James but the latter came back strongly to take the next three and didn't drop another set in the evening.  Robert did beat both Mike Carlyle and Kevin Towner and Daniel also beat Mike but Joe came up empty-handed.  The youngsters did have the consolation of beating James and Kevin in the doubles.
