Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Northumberland County Table Tennis Association will be held on Tuesday 6thAugust at The Sporting Club, Cramlington commencing 7:00pm. Each Member Club is entitled to attend and vote.
Attendance by a Club which participated in the Northumbria Winter League 2023/24 is compulsory, and each team which participated during the 2023/24 Winter League or 2024 Summer League is entitled to send one representative with power to vote.
Additionally, any new/additional team which intends to participate in season 2024/25 shall be entitled to send one observer with the right to speak, but not vote.
Every current Officer and Executive Committee Member of the County Association shall be entitled to attend with the right to speak and vote. Voting will be as set out as in paragraphs 9.5, 9.6, 9.7 and 9.8 of the Constitution. Any propositions to amend this Constitution should be sent to Karen Aitkenhead, County Secretary, by 31st May 2024.
A reminder to all Clubs that propositions to amend, or include new league regulations, should be sent to Mark Kimberley, League Secretary, to arrive no later than 31st May 2024, as stated in the Northumbria League regulations.
Documents relating to agenda items will be circulated closer to the meeting date.
