This was a hard fought mid table battle that Tyneside edged thanks to a maximum from in-form Jim Robertson with 2 wins for his doubles partner Dave Craddock and Don Catley beating Jeff McKenna in the final game to secure a 6-4 win. Tom Fowle won 2 for the visitors and Kevin Richardson 1. A good friendly night with plenty of good humoured banter.
