It was an excellent match with very close, hard-fought games as illustrated by the number of 5-enders and the 13 game scores within 2 points of each other.  The final result could have gone either way but in the end Whitley Chapel were able to pull ahead to win 6-4 and the Cramlington team would have been disappointed not to get at least a draw.  The standard of play was high, helped I am sure by four of the players having participated or practiced at the tournament on Saturday.
