Committee Meetings

The SMCTTA committee meets at various points over the course of the season to discuss league matters and organise local events.  Our AGM is usually held in June each year and all members are encouraged to attend.

Committee Meetings for the 2022/23 season were held on the following dates at the Bowhouse Community Centre, or virtually where stated:

Wednesday 31st August 2022

Monday 30th January 2023 (Zoom)

Wednesday 19th April 2023 (Zoom)

Tuesday 13th June 2023 (AGM)

The first meeting of the 2023/24 season is due to take place on Tuesday 15th August.
