Age Restrictions Cadet Players Must Be Born In 2007 Or Later

Junior Players Must Be Born In 2003 Or Later

Under 21 Players Must Be In 2000 Or Later Veteran Players Must Be Born In 1981 Or Earlier

Over 60s Players Must Be Born In 1961 Or Earlier

I Undertake:

1. To Observe The Regulations Of The Tournament.

2. To Abide By The Decisions Of The Referee And Organising Committee.

3. To Fulfil The Schedule Of Play Arranged For Me Unless Prevented By Circumstances Beyond My Control And Accepted As Such By The Referee.

No Entry Will Be Accepted Unless The Above Declaration Is Signed And Payment Is Received
