Congratulations to Albany Florists Cup Winner Dan Webster-Hall.

Following several years when this handicapped competition has been restricted to lower league and beginners, it has now been opened up to all and an excellent entry of 32 meant it was not possible to complete the event on one evening.

There were many excellent close encounters in the group stages and early knock out rounds  with the final four semi-finalists being Issy Brown, Bob Parkins, David Davies and Dan Webster-Hall.  Dan was dominant in his semi-final defeating Issy in three while the other semi-final couldnt have been much closer as David edged out Bob 11-9 in the fifth.  

Dan’s allround tricky game proved too much for David who struggled to hit form in the final losing out three straight.
