Martin Capper : I pointed out that someone had moved the table 6", which after playing at the YMCA for 25 years would seriously affect the result. A case of getting the excuse in early! A great night's table tennis with Steve Bartlett starring for St Square, winning all three of his singles, including two long and hard affairs against against Harry and me. Each YMCA player contributed 2 victories in a 7-3 win. Lilian and John caused the YM players problems but could not get over the line for a win.
