A reversal of the score when the teams met earlier in the season when Bandits had a weakened side out. Graham James and Peter Roberts excelled in winning all their singles but Ken took Peter to five sets but lost out in the fifth. Alan Darnell also took Barry to five sets, again losing out in the fifth. Dave Clark and Ken Wood secured the two points for the Knights both having wins against Barry, Ken in five sets and Dave in four. (The eight points gained from this win enabled Bandits 'C' to go four points ahead of Bandits 'B' at the top but 'B' have two games in hand. The Knights move up to third. Lee)
