A great match against the Vets, much closer than the score indicates. Mike had an epic first set against Alastair eventually losing it 17-19, followed by two more close sets. Mike picked up two great points for us and both Steve and Chris played some great stuff but didn't manage any wins. Steve lost out in two five setters, which was frustrating but was pleased with his overall effort. Alastair was the Vets star man winning all his three singles. Aidie and Graham also picked up two hard fought points each and Alastair and Graham teamed up to win the doubles, making it an 8-2 win for the Vets.
