Delivery charges

We offer free delivery on all orders anywhere in the UK mainland, when you spend over £50.

Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery fee, that is shown on the basket and checkout pages.

We deliver to the following locations that are not UK mainland, for an additional charge, plus these locations have an increased delivery timeframe.

  • The Highlands - Add 3-7 working days
  • Scottish Islands - Add 3-7 working days
  • Northern Ireland - Add 10-14 working days
  • Southern Ireland - Add 10-14 working days
  • Guernsey - Add 10 working days
  • Jersey - Add 10 working days
  • Isle of Man - Add 10 working days
  • Isle of Wight - Add 5-7 working days
  • Grampian - Add 5-7 working days

We regret that we do not ship table tennis tables to locations other than those above.


Delivery is made using different couriers depending on the contents of your order.

  • We aim to dispatch all small items within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders that include tables are shipped by a specialist courier service with a specific pre-booked delivery slot.

Timeframes for delivery

Delivery dates are dependent on several factors: stock availability, brand and delivery location.

If items are in stock and you live in the UK mainland, delivery will normally be between 4 and 10 working days.

Dates selected at checkout are not guaranteed, although they are acheived in 95% of cases. Peak order times like Christmas and Black Friday often have an impact on the couriers capacity.

Out of stock items

You cannot order items that are out of stock, unless we have an expected date in which we have a high degree of confidence. That said, estimates are subject to factors outside of our control and are therefore advisory only.

Specialist courier service

We use specialist couriers for the delivery of our tables. These deliveries are made by appointment with a 2 hour time slot that is usually confirmed by the courier, the day before delivery.

Delivery is to the nominated room in your house, on the ground floor. (UPDATE: If COVID-19 restrictions are in place, delivery is to your front door.)

Assembly services are suspended if COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Delivery process for Butterfly tables

You will receive an order confirmation email, upon completing your order.

You will receive another email once your table has been dispatched by Butterfly.

  • If all items are in stock, this email is usually sent within 1-2 working days of placing your order.
  • Where your order has items that are on back order, you will not receive the email until all items are confirmed in stock and have been dispatched.

Around 24-36 hours after receiving your dispatch email, you will be contacted by Butterfly's courier Furdeco, who will propose a date for delivery.

  • If the proposed date is not suitable you can arrange a different date with Furdeco directly.
  • Furdeco can delay delivery for up to 7 working days, upon request.

You will be contacted by Furdeco prior to your agreed delivery date to confirm the time slot.

You can track the progress of your order at any time from within your account.

Delivery process for Cornilleau tables

You will receive an order confirmation email, upon completing your order.

You will receive a phone call from UKTT, the UK distributor for Cornilleau for a pre-delivery discussion.

  • If all items are in stock, this phone call usually happens within 1-2 days of placing your order.
  • Where your order has items that are on back order, you will not normally receive the phone all until all items are confirmed in stock.

You will receive an email from the courier CRT once your table is booked for delivery.

You will be contacted by text message on the day of your specified delivery and provided with live tracking of the van location and an estimated time of delivery.

Note: Accessories like bats, balls, covers are shipped separately using a Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service, when this happens you will be able to see the different shipments from your account page, with approximate delivery estimates.

Missed deliveries

For deliveries that do not include a table tennis table, the courier will leave a card and you can attempt to re-arrange delivery directly. If you do not do this and the order is returned to us, you are obliged to pay the delivery fee again.

For deliveries that include a table tennis table and the use of a specialist courier, failure to be available to accept a pre-arranged delivery will result in a second delivery fee being imposed upon you for re-delivery at a new date and time.

On arrival

You should check packaging for damage upon delivery and ensure any problems are noted on the delivery note before signing.

You should check the contents of the delivery as soon as possible to ensure everything is as described and working as expected.

If you encounter issues with delivery, please report this to us as soon as possible.

Returns and refund criteria

Returns and refunds will be accepted if:

  • they are as a result of damage found upon delivery and noted on the delivery note;
  • they are found to be faulty on delivery or are within the manufacturer warranty period;
  • you are exercising your legal consumer contracts right to cancel your order with us within 14 days;
  • we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered;
  • we have told you about a significant delay in delivery of the product(s) you have ordered;
  • we have materially breached our terms and conditions.

Refunds are subject to our full terms and conditions.

Any refunds made, will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay us for your purchase.
