So the following restrictions need to be implemented from today Monday the 13th of December.

Each week of the season, one team in each division has a free week so there could be players there only too willing to play.
Divisions 1 and 2 will commence the season in week beginning 13 September but, so that there won't be large gaps in the fixtures later in the season, the Premier division will only commence in week beginning 4 October.
