Divisions and fixtures for 2024-25

Following the Bristol Executive meeting on Monday where the divisions were reviewed we are now publishing the divisions with their fixtures on TT365 only. We have reviewed these against team forms submitted and complied with their requests with only one exception, which was too difficult to accommodate. We do not see any fixture issues with the matrix positions we have chosen. These fixtures should be treated as provisional.

Will people please review and let let their club secretaries know of any issues urgently. There are 14 teams in five of the divisions with 96 teams in total. This is an increase of 5 teams from the end of last season with just 2 divisions (premier and 3) having a vacant slot.

The teams have been copied across from last season and we have yet not done any work on reassigning players. We are requesting the clubs now provide us with provisional  team lists by end of August with named players so we can get that underway. New teams do not have any players assigned. We have done some work on assigning captains to teams but in some cases we are waiting for new registrations on Sport80. We have tried to amend start times in line with the clubs requests but ask that these are checked by the clubs.

We are happy for the player lists provided to be provisional and accept they may change before the season starts but we need to break the back of the loading activity. Last season we had 452 players assigned to teams. The player loading and tracking their registration status is a big task for us so we do need to know the players that actually plan to play. Many of them will need work to set them up properly and we need to remove the players from last season who do not plan to play this season.

There is one new club called Dolphins playing at the Pingpod (TTD) venue. SGS Filton will be playing their matches at the College Way Refectory which they previously used until 2019. Bitton Locos will be playing at a new venue at Wick. Bitton Engines will still use their previous venue. Some Portishead teams have swapped between their two venues.

We still intend to run both the TT365 and TT Leagues for this coming season. We do not plan to load the teams/players and fixtures to the TT Leagues system until around the second week of September. The TT365 system is far superior for managing league setup for a large league and we only want to focus on the one system until we have got most of the data correct. This simplifies the TT Leagues setup to just a loading activity.

Last seasons competitions have now been archived on TT365 but are still live on TT Leagues
