The system was not available from the evening of the 10th October until late afternoon on the 11th. Steve Pound has reported on Facebook that this is due to a cyber DDOS denial of service attack. He also says the site has not been breached. It became useable again late afternoon yesterday.
We approved all results entered on TT Leagues in advance of entering them on TT365 so that players could see the latest results and current tables. By late evening of the 11th we had managed to get TT365 up to date with all scores but still have other work on player assignments and fixtures to do this weekend.
A key reason for us running both systems is to mitigate the risk of a serious prolonged outage on the system we use. Running both allows us to have continuity via the other system if their is a serious outage. For various reasons both systems must be regarded as high risk. For example TT Leagues had serious performance issues that made it virtually unusable for over a week last December.
Some people who use TT365were unsure about how to enter results on TT Leagues.
To enter scores on TT Leagues you need to logon using the small icon on the top right of the screen to the right of "information". Then navigate to the fixture. If you are a player or team captain you will be able to enter and submit your scores.
