Summer league Round 7 report

The four teams who will contest the finals of the Bristol Summer League have now been decided.

The quartet, who all won their respective divisions over seven match-rounds, are Portishead Minnows, St George Demons, Not So Civil Servers, and Page.

While the Demons and the Civil Service teams won their divisions comfortably, there was drama in Division 1, where the Minnows pipped their Bumpkins clubmates, and in Division 4, where Page scored a superb 10-1 victory in their final match to get past the Portishead Sea Pickles.

The semi-finals will be held at the Civil Service Club on Saturday September 21st (10am), with the final taking place later in the day. A draw to see who plays who in the semi-final will take place at 9.50am on the day of the matches. One match result is missing – the Division 2 game between CS Youth Club and Uncivil Service – but this cannot affect the division winners.
