The 2022-2023 North Confined Table Tennis Championships will be held at the Aberdeen Sports Village on Saturday 29th April 2023. Main three events (Rubber Shop Trophy, AU Shield and Watt Cup) along with Under 13's category will start at 9:00am sharp. Event organisers will be there from 8:30am when ASV opens to prepare the hall for the tournament; in the meantime players should arrive to get ready. Please check in for your event 15 minutes before scheduled start.
Line-up in top North Confined event looks especially tough - will Ross Martin be able to keep Rubber Shop trophy for another year? AU Shield 2022 winner Alan He moved one category up and so did Maja Wojcicka (Watt Cup winner) along with Robbie Martin (Watt Cup R-up). Gregor Ksiazek (V40+) and Brian Robertson (V60+) will also be there to fight to retain their respective veteran titles.
Organisers would like to ask all players to help with time management during the day by avoiding any unnecessary delays. Moving efficiently through group stages in the morning is especially important as we'll have use of 2/3 of the main hall only until 1pm. We'll then reduce number of tables as shown on the provisional schedule (see below).
