Hi Team Captains,

Please advise all your players that the arrival time for games (including Allen Cooper matches) at Coxheath Village Hall should not be before 7.45pm on Wednesdays.  We cannot get into the Hall ourselves until after 7.30.   By the time we set up the tables, chairs and nets, plus a short period of knock up for our players we cannot start until at least 7.50 pm.  It would also avoid your players just standing around for over 15 minutes.
