Last night at Nailsea, Failand (Premiership winners) beat St George (Division One winners) 5 to 1 in the Belston Cup for clubs in front of a raucous crowd of supporters! Many games were close which is not reflected in the result. This was a great spectacle of attacking play, the win clinched by Dave Reeves with a blistering backhand drive. Well played, Jack Vaughan, Michael Chang, Marian Spila and Dave Reeves, Mark Ward and Jake Davidson who may be the youngest winner, records to be checked!
