The venue is open from 8.30am and not before so don't bother to arrive any earlier as you are likely to be sat in the car park. We also need to set the venue up, so we suggest practice will start about 9.00am and we will try and get play underway by 9.30-9.45am at the latest.

The local supermarkets do also provide a few hours free parking. 

 

Please bring enough food and drink as the cafe is not likely to be open and the local supermarkets are about a 10 min walk away.  The draw is not being released until the day, so we can make any last min changes to give everyone the chance of the maximum number of games. Showers and full changing facilities are also going to be available.
