The Rosebery/Pope & Smith award is made annually in recognition of service to Table Tennis in Chelmsford during the current season.  Nominations for the award should be submitted in writing before the end of February to the League General Secretary with reasons in an envelope marked "Private - Rosebery/Pope & Smith Award."  The full regulations for this award and a list of previous winners can be found in the League Handbook
