Management Committee Roles
The affairs of the Reading & District Table Tennis Association are carried out by a Management Committee which comprises the Officers who are elected in June each year at the AGM and others who may be co-opted from time to time.
Without these volunteers the various table tennis events we all enjoy each season in Reading would not happen; the League matches, the cup competitions, the Reading Closed, the Masters events, the Newsletter and this Website.
The Association intends to create a description of each role on the Committee, so that anyone who might be interested in volunteering can see what the roles entail - below are those that have been produced so far.

League Construction – we need one or more volunteers to carry the annual task at the end of July to work out the team placings for all of the Senior Divisions, taking into account teams that share a table, so need to alternate the weeks they play at home, and teams that share the same home night throughout the season.
